    Q. What is a Mortgage Broker?
    He is a licensed middle-man who arranges a mortgage for the client with a lender in Canada. A broker has access to most of the lenders in Canada.

    Q. Is a mortgage broker's service free to the client?
    Yes. The mortgage broker is paid a commission from the lender once the mortgage has been arranged.
